General FAQs:

  • How long will it take to receive the final edited photos/videos after the shoot?

    For festivals or touring imagery, I produce same-day photography for no additional cost.

    For the rest of my packages, I take two to four business days to return edited images to you. I am happy to expedite editing for an additional fee.

  • WHere are you based? Do you tour?

    I am based in Canberra, Australia, but I am available to tour and travel! We can organise dates, pricing and deliverables via email or phone, but I look forward to making this process straightforward for you.

  • Are travel expenses included in your pricing, or will there be additional charges for locations outside your area?

    Within the Canberra region, the package price covers any travel. However, if you wish to go on tour or have a location in mind outside the ACT, we will negotiate appropriate travel cover.

  • How do i pay you?

    After I email you your invoice the day of your photoshoot, you will have the option to pay by Paypal, Mastercard, American Express, or Visa, or, you can do a standard bank transfer to the BSB and Account listed. If you wish to set up a payment plan, please let me know before our schedued photoshoot.

  • What is your payment structure? Do you require a deposit upfront?

    There is no depoist needed for packages under $500. I will send you an invoice on the day of your photoshoot, and you have fifteen days to pay this. You will only receive your images after this invoice has been paid. But, I am super flexible! I can set up a payment plan for you and can work through any problem you may have with this.

  • How do you handle rights and usage for the photos or videos?

    It all depends on your needs and requirements! Typically, I’m hired to shoot for social media and website usage, but if you require images for further promotion, we can easily negotiate an agreement. I will send you a simple contract that will outline your image usage rights.

  • Have you worked with other bands or artists that we might know?

    I have photographed international and local bands. I have photographed musicians such as Steve Lacy, The Wombats, Spacey Jane, King Stingray, Mallrat, Peach PRC, and many more! You can see the testimonials throughout my website that vouch for my professionalism.

  • Are you comfortable with shooting in smaller, more intimate venues with limited lighting and space?

    I can make any space work. With my flash and a strong understanding of lighting, I can adapt to any kind of environment.
